In the copy I have been reading of volume I, pages 311–314 are a repeat of pages 295–298.
The quality of the reproduction leaves a bit to be desired. Subscripts and superscripts often require guesswork and the letters 'y' and 'c' are often broken, the former resembling a 'j'.
The book title, as the author admits in his preface, is misleading.
Much more is included than is usually called algebra and there is much that is beyond secondary school.
However, anyone that perseveres will learn algebra, some trigonometry, hyperbolic functions and more.
